As the Lead Product Designer at Vetspire, I specialize in creating intuitive, AI-driven solutions that empower veterinarians and clinic staff to manage patient care, streamline hospital operations, and improve client communications. My work enables veterinarians to focus more on their patients and leave work on time, improving their overall efficiency and satisfaction.
With a proven track record of building UX departments from the ground up for growing startups, I excel at creating scalable design processes and fostering collaborative, user-centered cultures. My passion for UX design began in 2012 while developing apps for medical conferences. Before joining Vetspire, I contributed to the award-winning design of Modernizing Medicine’s EMA, a specialty-specific EHR system recognized globally for Best UX/UI Design in a SaaS Product.
As a thought leader in UX and healthcare technology design, I share insights through articles for UX Booth and serve on the UXD advisory board for the Maryland Institute College of Art's UX Master's Program. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I co-founded the nonprofit Operation Optimism with four other women creatives, using art to raise funds for animal welfare.
